I started the HCG weight loss protocol on January 9th and weighed 227 lbs. After 40 days I weighed 192 lbs (a total loss of 35 lbs!!!). I found the diet pretty easy because it really does curb your appetite. I had the same level (if not more) of energy as I normally do. I definitely recommend thoroughly reading the book before starting so that you know exactly what foods to eat. Food preparation will be much easier if you know exactly what to make before you start. And the best thing is that you don't have to buy any special foods for this diet. It really was easy to lose the 35 lbs in 40 days! Thank you NSPG!!!
